When you join us in the Rancho Grill you will enjoy amazing organic produce we buy fresh each day at Chino Farm’s, here in Rancho Santa Fe. Our culinary staff has fun working with these beautiful vegetables. The white corn and heirloom tomatoes are in season right now and will be featured on our menus.
Our lunch and dinner menus are a collaborative effort with Rodney Fry our Chef de Cuisine. Chef Rodney came to us from Stoneridge Country Club and brought with him a great deal of creativity and passion. I am originally from the East Coast and spent most of my time in Massachusetts and Maine. You will see influences from those areas in the menus, always fresh seafood and vegetables.
I want to emphasize that we hand cut our New York Steaks and our Filets. We strive to cut tall, barrel cut Filets of Beef and deliciously marbled New York Steaks.
We want to make sure that your dining experience is amazing.
