Jason Lunde - Head Golf Professional
Jason is originally from Glendive, Montana and moved to San
Diego in 1994 and actually began his golf career at Morgan Run,
while he attended The San Diego Golf Academy which at the time
was located at on site at Morgan Run. He has worked for multiple
Club Corp properties for over nine years, including Desert
Falls, Indian Wells CC where he earned his PGA Class A
Certification in 2001, and most recently Coto de Caza Golf &
Racquet Club where he met and married his wife of two years
Julie. Jason and Julie have a beautiful daughter Mackenzie born
in May 2008 and was swinging a golf club at 13 months. Mackenzie
is a Daddy's girl to say the least!
The last two years Jason worked as the Director of Golf at Old
Ranch Country Club, a private club in North Orange Country.
Jason comes to us with 15 years experience in the golf industry,
six of those as a Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf.
Jason says "I am thrilled to be back at Morgan Run. This club is
a very special place, the members are what make its magical. I
look forward to serving them and developing those new
relationships."
Andrew
Davis - Golf Professional
Andrew is originally from El Paso, Texas and moved to San
Diego in 1999 where he attended California State University of
San Marcos. He has been employed at Morgan Run for six years.
Andrew manages the day to day golf operations for the entire
golf department. From coordinating golf tournaments to managing
the golf pro shops retail merchandise, Andrew does it all. He
also enjoys teaching the Green Angels program, junior golf, and
instructs private lessons. He gladly helps members with any of
their needs and special orders. He is enrolled in the PGA PGM
program and is working towards his class A membership. Andrew in
known for his smiling face and bright personality
